India, Aug. 13 -- Navy Federal Credit Union confirmed that they are experiencing a service outage that is affecting thousands of customers in the US. On Down Detector, a platform that tracks such outages based on users' reports, more than 3000 customers reported problems.

"ALERT: We're experiencing a service outage that's impacting service to members," the bank said in a post on its X handle. "Our team is utilizing all available resources to help address the issue. Thank you for your patience."

Down Detector shows that the outage began around 4:05 pm EDT and peaked at 5:05 pm EDT with around 3300 reports. Since the peak, reports have fallen to around a 1000, but a significant number of Navy Federal Credit Union members are still reporti...
