India, April 25 -- A retired FBI profiler has claimed that Nancy Guthrie likely "fought back" while being abducted. Discussing the case on NewsNation reporter Brian Entin's podcast, retired FBI profiler Jim Clemente also suggested that the kidnapper likely had a strong motivation.

Jim claimed that Nancy may not have gone quietly. "I believe that Nancy fought him," he said.

Jim also said that the kidnapper is possibly following media coverage and considering whether they have managed to avoid detection. He added that the kidnapper may also be trying to create "as much distance between himself and this crime scene as possible."
