Dharamshala, Sept. 2 -- The rain is likely to be below normal over most parts of Himachal Pradesh during September, except some parts of Chamba, Kangra and Mandi districts where it is expected to be above normal.

According to the outlook shared by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Shimla, rainfall is likely to be normal in some parts of Bilaspur district during the month.

The mean maximum temperatures are very likely to be above normal over many parts of the state during September. The mean minimum temperatures are very likely to be above normal over many parts of high and adjoining mid hills of the state and it is likely to be normal to below normal over many parts of low and mid hills.
