Modi pushes for cooperative federalism for human capital
New Delhi, Dec. 28 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday called for strengthened cooperative federalism to bolster human capital to meet India's long-term development goal during the fifth national conference of chief secretaries, officials aware of the matter said.
The three-day conference, which began on Friday at the National Agricultural Science Complex (NASC) in Delhi's Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), is aimed at strengthening the Centre-state partnership through structured and sustained dialogue on national development priorities.
