India, Aug. 22 -- Maria Sharapova is set to be inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island, on Saturday. The tennis legend will join Mike and Bob Bryan, who are also set to be inducted, WTA Tennis reported. Sharapova, who retired five years ago, finished her career with 36 WTA Tour-level titles.

Post retirement, the tennis legend has shifted into a very different role these days, which is being a mom. Sharapova and her fiance, British businessman Alexander Gilkes, welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Theodore, in 2022. When she announced it on Instagram, the Russian tennis legend said Theodore was "the most beautiful, challenging, and rewarding gift our little family could ask for."
