Manoj Bajpayee buys 4.45-acre agricultural land in a village near Lonavala, Pune for rRs.r1.37 crore
India, Aug. 28 -- Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee purchased 1.80 hectares, or approximately 4.45 acres, of agricultural land in Mulshi taluka near Lonavala, a famous hill station about a two-hour drive from Pune, for Rs.1.37 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The agricultural land, located in Tailbail village of Mulshi Taluka in Pune district, was purchased on August 25, 2026. A stamp duty of Rs.6.86 lakh and a registration fee of Rs.30,000 were paid for it.
Documents show the property was purchased from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain for a consideration value of Rs.1,37,31,000.
