Make expert panel report public: Engineers' body to regulator
Chandigarh, Aug. 23 -- The All India Power Engineers Federation (AIPEF) has asked the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) to make public the report of the three-member expert committee set up to examine the bid of a 2025 incorporated private company, Eleven Power, for a parallel electricity distribution licence in Gurugram and Nuh revenue districts.
The committee is headed by retired Haryana IAS officer Alok Nigam, who headed Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) for 10 months and Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL) for two months.
