Ludhiana, April 2 -- Khanna police have busted a racket involved in preparing fake medical certificates and forged dope test reports and have arrested two persons in connection with the case, who were allegedly operating from parking areas of civil hospitals in Ludhiana and Khanna.

The accused have been identified as Manchit Kumar, 23, a BBA dropout, and Ramesh Kumar alias Toni, 55, a resident of Field Ganj. Police said Manchit Kumar is the alleged mastermind of the operation.
