Ludhiana, Sept. 17 -- The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has launched a citywide survey in Ludhiana to identify and remove dangling wires, which have become a common and dangerous sight across streets, residential colonies, and market areas, officials aware of the matter said.

Officials said the survey will be carried out division-wise in coordination with field staff to map stretches where overhead cables, streetlight wires, and illegal connections are either hanging dangerously low or lying unattended on poles.
