LPG agencies in Ludhiana face scrutiny as March inspections flag irregularities
India, April 4 -- The district food and civil supplies department has flagged multiple irregularities at LPG agencies during inspections in March and referred the findings to concerned oil marketing companies (OMCs) for action.
Officials said the inspections come amid consumer concerns over LPG delays, panic bookings and fears of black marketing, and found lapses in service, stock transparency, pricing practices and safety compliance across several agencies.
