India, Aug. 14 -- No witness testimony will be presented on Friday, August 14, in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy, a mother from Duxbury who is charged with the murder of her three young children in 2023.
Clancy, 36, faces allegations of murdering 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan in January of that year. Prosecutors claim that Clancy used exercise bands to strangle them in the basement of their residence while her husband, Patrick Clancy, was away running errands.
Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, has maintained that she was overmedicated and did not possess criminal responsibility as a result of her mental illness, which encompassed postpartum depression and psychosis. She became paralyzed after jumping fr...
