BENGALURU, Oct. 7 -- The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday detained former Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukar and commission member B V Geetha while probing alleged networks that identified government job candidates and offered appointments for money, an officer aware of the details said. ED suspects two networks were involved, one allegedly linked to IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar and middleman Basavaraj Kannale, and another involving Sahukar and KPSC members. Investigators are examining how candidate information was obtained and allegedly used to approach them through intermediaries. HTC
