India, Oct. 21 -- Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced on Wednesday the arrest of Kissimmee Mayor Jackie Espinosa.Uthmeier shared the announcement via social media, stating that Espinosa faces charges related to grand theft and participation in an organized fraudulent scheme.
