Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 30 -- The Kerala high court on Thursday granted anticipatory bail to an additional district judge in a case involving his minor son ramming his Mercedes-Benz car into a scooter in Kochi, killing the rider. Meanwhile, the victim's family termed the interim ruling "disappointing" and said it has "not received justice" in the case, while filing an impleading petition, which the court allowed. The motor accidents claims tribunal judge's 17-year-old son was at the wheel of the luxury car that rammed into a scooter on October 25 near Cheranalloor, killing the 55-year-old rider.P11
