New Delhi, April 10 -- Delhi Police has charged three people with negligence and violation of safety norms in connection with the death of a man who fell into a pit dug by the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) in Janakpuri in February.
In its 877-page charge sheet filed on Tuesday, the police have named Himanshu Gupta, the suspended director of a firm contracted by DJB, subcontractor Rajesh Kumar Prajapati, and labourer Yogesh Kishor, as accused. P3
