India, Aug. 21 -- Infosys on Wednesday released performance bonus letters, with payouts reaching up to 89 per cent for some employees, after the company reported stronger-than-expected earnings for the April-June quarter.
The average performance bonus payout stood at 80 per cent for the April-June quarter as against 65 per cent for January-March, according to an internal email.
The percentage differed based on individual performance and contributions during the quarter. Meaning, the bonus payout was 75-89 per cent in Q1 FY26 as against 50-70 per cent in Q4 FY25.
Infosys did not respond to an email seeking comment.
A majority of Infosys' 3,23,000 employees are in Position Levels 4, 5 and 6.
