India, Singapore sign pacts on telecom, food security; discuss SMRs, chips
New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- India and Singapore on Thursday concluded agreements for cooperation in telecommunications and food security and explored ways to enhance collaboration in small modular reactors (SMRs), semiconductors, space and cybersecurity at a meeting of a special bilateral ministerial mechanism.
The fourth meeting of the India-Singapore Ministerial Roundtable (ISMR), hosted by Singapore, focused on cooperation in areas such as advanced manufacturing, digitalisation, skill development, healthcare and medicine, connectivity and sustainability.
