While that is one of the easiest ways to make a room more comfortable to sit, it's usually not enough, especially if you are trying to cool down a 300 sq ft living room. And often having a second AC in place isn't an option. Having a second AC can also spike up the electricity bill quite easily. This is where a powerful ceiling fan can make a noticeable difference.
