India, Nov. 11 -- Hiranandani Communities, a Niranjan Hiranandani Group initiative, has entered the senior living segment with a Rs.300 crore residential project at Hiranandani Parks in Oragadam, Chennai, the company stated in a press release.

The project spans 1 million sq ft and will feature 2BHK units of approximately 700 sq ft, priced from Rs.60 lakh onwards, the company said.

The project, Elements, will span 4.5 acres and offer 400 senior-friendly homes to be built in two phases.
