Shimla, Aug. 31 -- The Himachal Pradesh high court has censured National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) over its failure to maintain the premium Chandigarh- Shimla National Highway (NH-5), cautioning that in the absence of corrective action, toll collection at the Sanwara plaza could be suspended.
"Apparently, the authorities of the NHAI are turning a blind eye even to maintain the premium highway.
