New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- The Delhi high court on Tuesday suggested that Rani Kapur, mother of late businessman Sunjay Kapur, his wife Priya Kapur, and other family members should resolve their differences following the tycoon's death through mediation in a "peaceful manner," describing the present situation as "sorry." Justice Mini Pushkarna said, "Is there any chance that I can send the matter to mediation? It's a very sorry state of affairs...Families are involved, but the way forward is that you all should resolve the dispute in a peaceful manner; the blessing should not turn into a curse."
