PRAYAGRAJ, April 4 -- The Allahabad high court has sought an explanation from the additional chief secretary (home), Uttar Pradesh, over not adding the usual honorific "Hon'ble" before the name of a Union minister while mentioning his name in an FIR lodged in Mathura last year. To be sure, the Union minister is not an accused in the case; the FIR said the main accused used his name to take money from people on the pretext of giving them a job.
