Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 30 -- The Kerala High Court on Tuesday reserved its order on a plea seeking registration of an FIR under the Prevention of Corruption Act against Leader of Opposition Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena T and CPI(M) MLA PA Mohammed Riyas in the CMRL monthly payoffs case.

The plea, filed by activist-lawyer KM Shajahan, also sought directions to the State government to hand over the current Crime Branch probe to the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB).
