New Delhi, March 17 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday granted time to Delhi's former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and 22 others to file by April 5, their replies in the CBI appeal against a trial court order discharging them in the excise policy case. The bench fixed April 6 as the next date of hearing. Kejriwal on Sunday approached the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the case to another judge, after the high court chief justice rejected his plea. P5
