India, Aug. 19 -- Hayden Panettiere was with Brian Hickerson when she died at a South Carolina apartment complex on August 16, according to a police report. She was found unresponsive at Judson Mill Lofts in Greenville. Hickerson, her on-and-off former boyfriend, and his brother Zach were there during the emergency response. The Greenville Police Department report, published by WYFF News 4, says Hickerson showed an officer a bag containing medication Panettiere was taking. Her cause of death has not been confirmed. An autopsy found no trauma, while toxicology testing is pending. An overdose has not been confirmed as her cause of death.
