India, Aug. 23 -- Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been arrested and charged in connection with a sexual assault case.

According to court documents cited by People, KJ was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Monday, August 17, on suspicion of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

As per reports, The allegations relate to an incident that reportedly happened in April at a fitness center in Alpharetta. Court documents say a female classmate told police that KJ assaulted her inside a co-ed sauna at a Life Time fitness center on April 23.
