India, April 2 -- The Haryana Forest Department has launched a large-scale beautification initiative, transforming office walls into nature-themed artworks across multiple districts including Gurugram, officials said.
Officials told HT that the project, which started in the second week of March, aims to sensitise citizens, especially children, towards nature conservation through visual storytelling.
District forest officer (DFO) Rajkumar Singh said the Rs.20 lakh worth project, being executed by artists from Panipat, covers nearly 9,000 square feet.
