India, Aug. 16 -- A Gurgaon woman has sparked a conversation online after sharing her frustration over soaring rents while searching for a one-bedroom flat in the city. In a video posted on Instagram, she claimed that even modest 1BHK properties were being quoted at prices significantly higher than what she had expected.

The woman, identified as Astha, said she had been looking for a 1BHK flat in Gurgaon when she began receiving quotes ranging between Rs.15,000 and Rs.20,000 per month.
