New Delhi, March 17 -- The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Monday lifted all restrictions under the Graded Response Action Plan (Grap), the first time in five months that Delhi was free of anti-pollution restrictions. This came as Delhi logged an AQI of 119 at 4pm, the lowest since October 9 last year, when it was 99. Grap curbs were first imposed on October 14. Stage 1 restrictions largely include preventive steps such as increased water sprinkling and mechanised road-sweeping. P6
