New Delhi, Oct. 18 -- Delhi government's Department of Art, Culture and Tourism on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BookMyShow Live, a partnership that officials said will transform the Capital into the "heartbeat of India's concert economy." Calling it a historic collaboration between government and industry, minister Kapil Mishra said the initiative would bring a new era of live entertainment to Delhi.
