New Delhi, May 25 -- The Union ministry of health and family welfare has advised Indian nationals to avoid non-essential travel to three Ebola Disease-affected countries-the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan-after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the situation a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.
