LUCKNOW, Sept. 18 -- Almost eight years after a 38-year-old Apple executive was killed during a police patrol in Lucknow, a court on Thursday convicted a former constable, while acquitting another accused. The sentence will be pronounced on September 21. The accused, Prashant Chaudhary, has been charged under IPC Section 304 (II) (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the IPC. P10
