New Delhi, July 6 -- A massive fire broke out in two tin-shed exhibition goods warehouses at Chandan Hola near south Delhi's Chhattarpur early Sunday, Delhi Fire Services (DFS) officials said.
At least 25 fire tenders worked for nearly four hours to douse the blaze that gutted exhibition items worth lakhs of rupees, officials added. The items were stored in the two godowns spread in nearly two acres of land. The tin shed also collapsed during the firefighting operation. However, no loss of life or injury to any person was reported from the fire spot, the officials said, adding that a probe was launched to ascertain the exact reason that led to the fire that started around 2 am. htc
