New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- Public broadcaster Prasar Bharati, which functions under the ministry of information and broadcasting, is evaluating a proposal to present a film titled Tillotoma, based on the rape and murder of a medical student from Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College in August 2024. "The proposal for the movie has been received and is under evaluation," the organisation's chief executive officer Gaurav Dwivedi confirmed to HT.
