Bhopal, May 29 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday arrested retired judge Giribala Singh in connection with the alleged dowry death and harassment of her daughter-in-law and actor-model Twisha Sharma.
Singh was arrested from her residence in Bhopal, with the move coming a day after the Madhya Pradesh high court cancelled the anticipatory bail granted to her. She will be produced before a court on Friday.
Officers aware of the details said the interrogation of Sharma's accused husband Samarth Singh and her mother-in-law has been scheduled for Friday.P11
