India, Sept. 1 -- A young executive at Bank of America, who had recently marked her wedding anniversary, was tragically killed by a knife-wielding assailant in Times Square, as reported by The Post.

Erin Piacenti, 32, from Chester, New Jersey, was fatally attacked near the Crossroads of the World on Monday afternoon. The assailant, who also injured an elderly man during the violent episode, was subsequently shot and killed by police.

Pamela Cisneros, 49, brandished a pair of kitchen knives and attacked the first victim, a 68-year-old man, stabbing him in the abdomen after he left the subway on West 41st Street. According to reports, Piacenti's husband was also attacked in the incident and is expected to survive.
