New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought to declare the promoter of realty firm MGF, Shravan Gupta, a fugitive economic offender (FEO), people familiar with the development said on Thursday.
Gupta is accused of receiving proceeds of crime in the Rs.3,737 crore AgustaWestland VVIP chopper case. He allegedly fled India in November 2019 and is said to be living in London.P15
