New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- The Election Commission of India (ECI) has postponed two conferences in Uttar Pradesh that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar was scheduled to address, officials said on Friday. According to the officials, the CEC was scheduled to address a regional conference of Electoral Literacy Clubs (ELC 2.0) and ECINET and a dialogue with youth on September 25 in Meerut and an interaction with the Gen-Z in Varanasi on September 28.
