The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has finalized the fee rule, which will take effect on November 30, 2026. The final rule was published in the Federal Register after USCIS revised some of the proposed fees following public comments.

The I-526E fee will rise from $3,675 to $7,850, an increase of $4,175, or 114%.
