New Delhi, June 25 -- The 29-year-old cab driver arrested for the kidnapping, rape and murder of a girl sleeping on a footpath near Chhattarpur was registered with three major cab aggregators despite having been booked in five criminal cases in Bihar, including for sexual assault, police said on Wednesday. Police said they sought an explanation from the companies on how he was onboarded and whether mandatory police verification and checks were carried out.P3
