India, May 13 -- Real estate major DLF reported a 1% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs.1,268.56 crore in the March quarter, compared with Rs.1,282.20 crore a year earlier, mainly due to lower income. The company also posted a 5% fall in new sales bookings in FY26 to Rs.20,143 crore from Rs.21,223 crore in FY25.

Total income declined to Rs.2,093.82 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26 from Rs.3,347.77 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a regulatory filing.

During FY26, the company's profit rose to Rs.4,414.68 crore from Rs.4,366.82 crore in the preceding year. The company's total income increased to Rs.9,816.04 crore in the last fiscal year from Rs.8,995.89 crore in the 2024-25 financial year.
