India, Oct. 24 -- An Oman-flagged wooden dhow with 14 Indian nationals on board sank after an attack on Thursday in the Red Sea, officials said on Friday, adding that all crew members were safe. The directorate of maritime administration said the dhow, Al Shafaq, was transiting the Red Sea towards Yemen, when it was attacked, allegedly by Saudi Arabia amid the conflict with Houthi rebels, leading to its sinking. However, all 14 crew members are safe and were transferred to Al Hudaydah Port in Yemen. Efforts are underway to facilitate their repatriation to India, officials said.htc
