DGCA issues directives for airlines after Ebola outbreak declared as 'health emergency'
India, May 25 -- The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued directives to airlines following the World Health Organization's declaration of the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).
