It would be: stop being so hard on your skin and stop believing everything you see on the internet. Most dermatologists emphasise the importance of taking skincare and hair care more seriously. It's not just about adding the right products to your routine, but also about adapting better practices and letting go of habits that may be doing more harm than good.
