New Delhi, Sept. 5 -- The implementation of the Centre's Phase-II compliance reduction and deregulation exercise was found to be lagging in Delhi, with the Capital ranked last among Union territories for the maximum number of uninitiated action points, according to a June 2026 review report prepared by the Delhi government's information technology department.

The report, titled "Monitor and Reduce end-to-end Turnaround Time (TAT) on Single Window System", said Delhi's progress under Phase II was "unsatisfactory" at a March review meeting chaired by the chief secretary.
