New Delhi, Oct. 7 -- The Delhi high court on Tuesday stayed the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India's (FSSAI) order directing PepsiCo, Monster Beverage and Reliance Consumer Products Ltd to discontinue using the descriptor "Energy Drink" for their respective products and permitting the state commissioners to seize the products. PepsiCo uses the "Energy Drink" descriptor for Sting Energy and Adrenaline Rush, while Reliance Consumer Products markets Campa Energy Drink - Gold Boost and Monster Beverage uses the descriptor for its drink Monster Energy.
