New Delhi, Dec. 13 -- A division bench of the Delhi High Court on Friday declined to grant an immediate stay on a single judge's order allowing Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd (DRL) and OneSource Speciality Pharma Ltd to manufacture semaglutide, a diabetes and weight-management drug, and export it to countries where Novo Nordisk holds no patent rights. The drug is marketed under brand names such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus worldwide, and under the brand names Wegovy and Rybelsus in India.
