New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- The Election Commission revised the schedule for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Delhi on Wednesday, postponing key stages of the exercise by a week and the publication of the final electoral roll by eight days, from August 24 to 31, said people aware of the matter.
