New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026, offering 446 middle income group (MIG) flats in three locations - Loknayakpuram, Jahangirpuri and Narela, officials said on Friday.
Under the scheme,133 flats will be offered in Loknayakpuram, 17 in Jahangirpuri and 296 in Narela, DDA said in a statement. The registration process began on Friday, while booking of flats will commence on November 16, 2026.
Applicants can register and book flats through DDA's Awaas Portal. The booking amount for MIG flats has been fixed at Rs.4 lakh. In addition, applicants will have to pay a one-time registration fee of Rs.2,500 for onboarding on the Awaas Portal.htc
