India, Oct. 6 -- Daylight Saving Time (DST), which started on March 9 and will end on November 2, is far more harmful to our health than we already know. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine revealed in 2022 that the sudden changes that our body has to go through when the clocks change from standard time to daylight saving time are full of risks.

The clock moves an hour forward in the spring season and moves back to standard time in November, reports The Almanac. This has been the norm for years. However, the health hazards that this phenomenon carries are rarely talked about.
